Programs library
The Program Library allows you to browse, manage, and customize training programs. A program consists of mesocycles (typically one week long but customizable). You can search for programs using the search bar and filter by favorites or your own programs using the toggles. Programs created by FitDataHub are labeled with FDH.
Each program has:
- An info button that opens a details modal, where you can browse workouts by mesocycle or add/remove the program from favorites using the star button.
- A kebab menu with the option to add the program to your diary by selecting a start date, which schedules all its workouts. If the program is custom, you can also edit or delete it.
Creating and Editing Programs
When adding or editing a program, you’ll be taken to the Program Builder page. At the top, the name and description can be edited by clicking the pencil button. Below, the program structure is displayed, broken down into microcycles.
- Each microcycle (a section of the program with a custom duration) is listed at the top, with the currently selected one highlighted in orange.
- A kebab menu on each microcycle allows you to edit, copy, reorder, or delete it.
- By default, a microcycle lasts 7 days, but this can be adjusted when creating or editing it.
Managing Workouts in a Microcycle
Below the microcycle list, you’ll find the days within the selected microcycle. Each day shows any scheduled workouts, which can be expanded for full details.
- Each workout has a kebab menu with options to move it to a different day, copy it, edit it, or delete it.
- To add a workout, click the "+" button on the right side of the day. You can then:
- Select a workout from the library, opening a search modal.
- Create a new custom workout, which will take you to the Workout Builder (see the Workout Library guide for details).
The Program Library provides a structured way to plan long-term training, whether using pre-made programs or building your own from scratch.
