Plan training blocks

The Training Blocks page provides an even higher-level view of your workouts, allowing you to plan and track training cycles over an entire year.

Gantt Chart Overview

The page displays a Gantt chart showing all training cycles across the year. Use the arrows at the top to navigate between years.

Clicking on a training block brings up a card at the bottom with:

  • A progress bar to track completion.
  • Start date, end date, and duration of the block.
  • Optional notes for additional details.

Managing Training Blocks

  • Edit or delete a block via the kebab menu on its card.
  • Add new blocks using the button at the top.

This feature helps structure long-term training plans and monitor progress across different cycles.
