Plan goals

The Goals page helps you set and track your fitness objectives.

Viewing and Organizing Goals

By default, only ongoing goals are displayed. You can toggle the switch at the top left to also show completed goals. Each goal is shown as a card with the goal name, due date, days left, and a description (if provided).

Managing Goals

To manage your goals, click the kebab menu on any goal card. From here, you can:

  • Edit the goal's details.
  • Delete the goal if it's no longer needed.
  • Change its status: If the goal is ongoing, you can mark it as completed and set a completion date. If it’s already marked as completed, you can undo the completion and remove the completion date.

Adding New Goals

Use the "Add Goal" button at the top to add new goals and stay on track with your fitness journey.
