The Diary Workout Page
The Diary Workout Page helps you manage and track your daily workouts, providing an overview of your progress and detailed workout data. You can navigate between days, view workout details, and easily manage your training.
Navigating the Diary
Use the navigation arrows at the top of the page to move between days. The date will be displayed at the top between them.
Viewing Workouts
Each day displays a list of scheduled workouts, showing a progress summary and a list of exercises with their sets. Click "See More" to expand and view detailed metrics for each set.
- Grey sets = not completed
- Orange sets = completed
Managing Workouts
All management options (edit, copy, move, delete) are accessible via the kebab menu on each workout card.
- Edit: Change the workout name or description.
- Copy: Duplicate a workout to another day, with the option to copy sets as "completed" or "not completed."
- Move: Move a workout to a different day.
- Delete: Remove the workout from your entries.
Starting a Workout
Click the play button to begin a workout. You’ll be taken to the Perform Workout page, where you can log each sets and adjust every aspect of the workout.
Adding a New Workout
Click Add workout, enter the workout name and description, and you’ll be directed to the Perform Workout page to log details for your new session.
